First impressions can make the difference when your seeking new customers. How can you make yours stand out in a positive and memorable way?
1. Draw a series of sketch ideas over a span of time when you feel inspired. What message are you trying to convey?
2. Keep it simple. We can only process so much visually on one take, so create one that hints at what you do without a cluttered appearance.3. Have a double meaning so the design works with the company name.
4. Strive to be unique! It's all too easy to try and look like every other one in your industry. Stand out with interesting color or bold typeface. Don't follow the trends!
5. Have a look that is clean enough to be used in a variety of different formats for marketing online and in person. It should be cool large or small.
6. Consider the background that you can use to make it pop on your website. What is the secondary look aspect that will set it off?
7. Create movement with your logo when you can. If your message can have action, use art to capture the imagination!
